Reporting To: EMS Deployment Supervisor

Do you have high integrity and strong work ethic?  We are seeking a Condition Monitoring Analyst to analyze and interpret aggregated condition monitoring equipment data and provide recommendations to reduce owning and operating costs while maximumizing machine availability.

Key Accountabilities

  • Demonstrate in workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
  • Observe condition monitoring elements for assigned equipment fleets
  • Facilitate early and accurate detection of changes in equipment health, performance, operation and application
  • Provide appropriate evidence-based repair or operational recommendations to enable proactive maintenance, repair and application management
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure repairs are quoted in a timely and accurate manner and track the status of leads
  • Prepare regular reports and review equipment fleet health with customers
  • Collaborate with Toromont IT to refine CM Software and enable improved trend analysis
  • Travel to customer sites and Toromont Branches as required

Key Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Education and/or equivalent 3+ years experience in a branch service/product support environment
  • Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of heavy equipment and experience with service administration/documentation would be an asset
  • Proactive with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Well-developed business and financial acumen with strong analytical, organizational, planning and time-management skills
  • Sense of urgency and high attention to detail with effective decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to efficiently adapt and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with constantly changing schedules
  • Self-directed, hands on and a team player with strong initiative and high integrity
  • Highly proficient with Cat SIS, DBS, Electronic Technician (E.T.), Service Workbench Toolkit, Equipment Monitoring Toolkit and other customer based systems
  • Solid computer skills with proficiencies in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours and travel in support of the business needs
