Reporting To: CSA Administration Supervisor

Do you have high integrity and strong work ethic?  We are seeking a talented Fluid Analyst who will work in cooperation with both the Equipment Management Service (EMS) and Fluid Analysis Lab Teams to provide customer support, respond to customer enquiries and report priority actions required to all the stakeholders promptly.

Key Accountabilities

  • Demonstrate in workplace safety, environmentally sound, healthy behaviours at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
  • Provide timely and accurate interpretation of test results within our stated 24-hour commitment
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide internal/external customer support, including assisting customers with any Fluid Analysis processes such as how to take good fluid samples, complete sample information sheets, receive/retrieve and manage reports
  • Provide and maintain communication links with our various branches/shops/sales departments
  • Coordinate the day-to-day customer support side of the lab processes including sample registration, interpretation, reporting and any other function within customer support
  • Work in collaboration with the Fluid Analysis Lab Team to ensure the departmental objectives are being met as per measures and targets
  • Partner with Customer Service Analsysts and/or Equipment Monitoring Solutions to provide customer support

Key Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Education and 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Highly safety conscious and customer centric with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
  • Professional, self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency
  • Highly computer and systems literate with proficiencies with Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of CAT SIS, DBS, SIMSI as well as computer and internet troubleshooting experience
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours in support of the business needs
  • A valid Driver’s Licence with a clean Driver’s Abstract
