Reporting To: Manager, Client Services (I.T.)

We are seeking talented Systems Analysts to provide technical knowledge in implementing, assisting and maintaining our computer systems and related technology throughout the Company. As second level support within the IT Department, the Systems Analyst will ensure all end user devices are serviced in a timely manner and also take part in assigned projects for the department.
University Degree/College Diploma in an Information Technology discipline and a minimum 5+ years’ experience with hardware and accessories
Safety conscious with a solid understanding of Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Skype)
Technical knowledge of PC/LAN/WAN communications and hardware/software
Knowledge of IBM/Lenovo desktops and notebooks, HP netbooks and printers, Windows Domain log-on scripts and user administration
Customer centric with exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, diagnostic and analytical skills
Positive team player with strong problem solving abilities and a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
Effective time-management and project planning skills with the ability to adapt to multiple and often changing schedules
Attention to detail and aptitude for learning software quickly with minimum instruction
Willing and able to travel and work on call and after hours rotations
A valid Ontario Driver's Licence and clean Driver's Abstract
